I have read healing the soul of a woman by Joyce its a great book. I will now read shonda's book
I would also recommend" the jounery unearthed" podcast by Olerato. It's inspiration and uplifting also insightful by a South African woman who talks to other woman in the SA society

Absolutely life changing and amazing books. I read a few that you mentioned, and I felt a stomach butterfly for a moment there. A year of Yes stood out for me.
I listen to a podcast called " Unf*ck Your Brain" by Kara
She is amazing, she's a master coach so she does a lot of thought work. If you want go understand your thoughts and emotions and all that good stuff, she's the bomb and dont worry about the title it's really not that much swearing in the podcast.
I read Soar last year and I just bought The Year of Yes and The 5 am Club I am super super excited. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
