Seneca wrote this little book "On The Shortness of Life", which is published by Penguin Books. I try to summarize most of the concepts I got out of this great book and put them in an animated book review form to easily digest. The basic principle is that life isn't short, but we waste a lot of our time doing meaningless tasks for people who don't contribute to our lives.
