Donald Scott says:

Currently reading FOUR DEAD QUEENS, wonder what you'd think of it … ? Thanks for another entertaining/informative video, I've become so disenchanted with BookTube, only maybe a handful of 'Tubers I subscribe to now who "keep it real" and you are one; thanks again!

yesknopemaybe says:

I think we have fairly similar tastes in sci-fi, so I'm going to recommend the Emma Newman books to you. You don't have to read them in order, even though they're all loosely connected. The second book After Atlas especially is one you might like because it's cross genre mystery/sci-fi. Also Six Wakes for another great mystery sci-fi story.

Runwright Reads says:

I don't read a lot of SFF but I'm reading the new Marlon James book now too and I can hardly wait to hear you think about it.

nylorac1984 says:

Vessel sounds very intriguing.

HollyTellingStories says:

My most anticipated Sci-fi/fantasy books for 2019 are:
-Kingdom of Copper by S.A. Chakraborty (just came out)
-Storm of Locusts by Rebecca Roanhorse
-The Dragon Republic by R.F. Kuang

And if there is one, Flame in the Mist book 3 and Invisible Library book 6. But those haven't been announced yet.

Amanda says:

I read a huge amount of SFF and I could not track with Ninefox Gambit AT ALL.
Also pumped about God’s of Jade and Shadow

Jessica N says:

Both Yoon Ha Lee's & Marlon Jame's book were already on my most anticipated, but I had no idea about Silvia Moreno-Garcia's book! It sounds amazing and that cover is gorgeous! ❤ Also I don't know if you've already read it, but when you talked about 'Vessel' it reminded me of another thriller sci-fi book called 'Six Wakes' by Mur Lafferty. I haven't read it yet so I can't speak for whether or not it's up your alley, but if you're looking for more "thriller sci-fi" type books to help you transition, definitely check that one out because it sounds pretty interesting! 💖

The Novel Sanctuary says:

Two of these were on my most anticipated I cant wait!

Alison Rose says:

I'm soooo looking forward to Gods of Jade and Shadow, it sounds amazing. I'm also eager for We Cast a Shadow by Maurice Carlos Ruffin and If, Then by Kate Hope Day.

Erika K says:

These all sound great! I need to read Signal to Noise. It’s been on my TBR for a few years now!

A P. says:

Interested in Gods of jade and shadow

Super Pao says:

All of these sound so good!

epd0126 says:

children of blood and bone >>audio book

ryzenable says:

The cover for Gods of Jade and Shadow is gorgeous! I've added all of the books you've mentioned to my TBR but this cover has me chomping at the bit, so to speak.
