Habits are one of the most important thing which is responsible for our success or failure. our brain makes habits so to avoid thinking on things which are repeated many times. by doing this brain saves a lot of energy and it also makes the grey matter of our free to perform other important tasks or other new tasks.
In order to achieve success and a good life it is very important for us to form new good habits and eliminate old habits . Now before this we need to understand how exactly habits are formed.
Habits are formed in a 3 step process in which first is CUE second is ROUTINE and third is REWARD.
CUE is something which gives you the urge to do that good or bad thing. it acts as a trigger which pushes you to the second step which is ROUTINE . ROUTINE are all the actions which you perform before getting the REWARD . REWARD is the main things which makes the habit possible . reward gives you pleasure and the good feeling which you crave . e.g smoking , eating unhealthy food etc.
TO CHANGE THE YOUR HABITS YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ROUTIONE AND REWARD WITH ANOTHER ROUTINE OR REWARD .
