The only thing that we want when we are in college is to finish and get rid from the college but once we are done, most of the times we are completely blur and we don't have any plan, I mean we have plans in our heads but we never have plans that we work with. Anyways, we get motivated by Great successful people but unfortunately we have no idea how to be one. One of the biggest mistakes we do is we look for a job that pays more and comfortable and not where we can learn everything we need. The first 5 years after college is all about learning, its crucial to not commit the mistake that everyone else does.
