In this video, I share with you some books that I have enjoyed over the years (when I've actually had a chance to read!). Most of them fall within the Historical Christian (or Inspirational) Romance Novel genre but I added in a few others that don't quite fit that I also enjoyed.

***One note: I talk about really loving some authors and wanting to read more of their books. Well, after creating this video, I started to look into other authors and almost got a new book but then I read some of the reviews. One of them specifically talked about how explicit some of the scenes were, which was completely out-of-the-norm for this author (Tamera Alexander), as she is one of her favorite authors as well. In response to this comment, someone else talked about how Deeanne Gist has also started to include explicit scenes in her books as well. For me, as well as those reviewers, this is a bit disappointing as one of the things I loved about these books/authors is that they were writing good romance but keeping it clean. I say all this to encourage you to read reviews/comments on the books (of even the ones I suggested) first before reading the book yourself to make sure you know a bit about what you will be reading and whether it's what you actually want to be reading.***
