Wow how did I miss this movie 🤔

Pippa P. Pod says:

I couldn’t sit through this movie, despite its great cast. I turned it off.

Matty C. says:

Film is universal. Great point…..❤️

Not a bad film but the horrible colour of Jane Fonda's wig was so distracting. All I could see was it whenever it was in a scene.

JD says:

So basically Fight Club but for old ladies, okay

Brother Andy says:

This is one of those films where I think, "Why would you even NEED a script? These are highly intelligent, creative people. Some dumb premise (which is sexist and childish, by the way) is unnecessary to wildly fulfill the criteria of a good film: educational, inspirational, innovative, original…" All the film-makers needed to do was get these people in a room and have them put on a play or create a film among them, watching them think, problem-solve, share, interact. Or how about this: write down their personal experiences and film that, which has to be more entertaining than anything you could make up. Film-makers didn't give these actors enough respect to come up with a more compelling title than "Book Club". Ugh. Insulting. The cost of salaries alone would prohibit world-class casts like this for the most part and the failure of this film at box office will keep future attempts to a minimum.

Marcus INfinity says:

This was a feminist fantasy film for lonely old hags

C L says:

It was funny, particularly for us who didn't fall for the fifty shades books or movies

Tism Train says:

This movie should be called Attack of the Boomer Chads

Trish B says:

The whole movie sucked
