A review for the 3rd book in the Nancy Drew series, entitled "The Hidden Staircase". It was originally written in 1930 and rewritten in 1960. My score for the original is 9 out of 10, and my score for the rewrite is 7.5 out of 10.

In this book, Nancy helps Laura Pendelon, a girl whose parents died, leaving her with a nasty guardian. Nancy protects Laura and discovers a big secret at the guardian's bungalow. Also, there's a car chase.
