30-second Sci-Fi Book Review #17
Frankenstein (1818) by Mary Shelley
It’s true! This book is more strange and interesting than any of the popular adaptations youve seen. Frankenstein was not a doctor or a mad scientist. He was a college student tinkering in a friend’s attic, and he refuses to describe what he actually did. The monster himself then goes on to tell much of the remaining story. It’s a ghost story, about a man haunted by a ghost he created himself.
