Just found the Anne boxset for $20 at Ollie's. It retails at $80 easily in America. Some of my favorites are Watership Down, Life of Pi, Memoirs of a Geisha. Currently working through Ella Minnow Pea by Mark Dunn, a good read for "alphabetarians"☺️Thanks for sharing♥️

Happy Fenton says:

Daddy Long Legs is one of my favorites along with Anne of Green Gables and To Kill A Mockingbird (my favorite novel ever!); I have tons of Jane Austen, too. She is my favorite author as well!

Tiffany Waller says:

Such beautiful books. I love classics so much. Unfortunately, can't get into Austen's work, but I am more a fan of the French classics and haven't really picked up any English classics. However, I am going to try reading Austen more. I have the beautiful Arcturus editions of Jane Austen or the Oxford world classics ones… Have you ever read any books by Charlotte Yonge?

For the love of classics says:

Oh thank you so much for this video. I’ve been trying to get started with a book reading list of my own and this super helps. You have great taste. I’m half way through Dune right now and loving it. I love all of your book videos. 💜

Matt Kean says:

I've been trying to build up a collection of those overlook Wodehouses. But there's like 99 of them! Definitely a long term project. I'm about a 3rd of the way there.

susan NY says:

loved your video.i also love all books & love collecting my favorites. you might think about getting bigger bookcases to house all your great books. i have 4 bookcases from ikea that are over 6' high. they're very easy to put together & very affordable(abt$60. each) pick them up if you can & save the delivery fee. they make all different sizes too. you can decorate them w/ your castles & what not. it just makes it so much easier to organize everything & they look lovely. i have mine all together against a wall in my guest room & i love going in there when im in the mood & peruse the shelves while sitting in my comfy chair & choose a book to read. oh, & nothing falls off! lol.

Helena Greenawalt says:

I am such a book stalker. I always find a new book to purchase when I watch. Thank you.

I love this bookshelf tour and your taste in books! Wonderful. While poking around on Youtube they suggested I might like this other person's channel, called The Book Castle. I watched 2 short videos about travel in England and London. Here is the link to the London segment, it's from 2016. The first place shown after the Tube is, the Persephone Book Store. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hiVjTWgIKAY Anyway, thank you for this!

Mary Among Stories says:

ahh your collection is STUNNING 😍

Lilo Butt says:

Try taking miceller water on a cotton pad and rub the pen make that’s on the lord of the ring book it should come off and it won’t damage the book 😊 if that doesn’t work trying a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol

This was so nice to watch!

Oswald Lapin says:

I love the smell of books. I'm sure I caught the scent of some glorious adventures as you were paging through your collection. Unfortunately, most of my reading is of the E-Book variety these days.
